GATE PROGRAMMING SCHEDULE The front entrance and exit gates are set to the closed position 24/7. The gates can be scheduled to be open during community events, garage sales, holiday's, or other special events. Please send an e-mail request to msasso@windermerechase.com at least one (1) week in advance of your planned event to modify the gate schedule. You may also call the gate secretary at 407.654.6061 with any questions. PROGRAMMING FOR AUTOMOBILES (HomeLink system) Contact msasso@windermerechase.com if you wish to arrange for your HomeLink system to be programmed for the front gate. It is recommended that you purchase a new Liftmaster Passport remote with the programming of your automobile (at least one per household). New Liftmaster Passport remotes, either the visor-type or the keychain-type, may be purchased by sending an e-mail to msasso@windermerechase.com. The cost for the new Passport remotes is $25. You may also purchase an adapter for your older Genie garage door opener for $25. Mike Sasso will install the adapter for you at no charge. The new Liftmaster Passport remotes will work with new Liftmaster garage doors installed since 2005. The adapter may be used for all other garage door types, including the legacy Genie systems installed in 1999 or 2000.
ATTENTION New Home Owners: Please send an e-mail to msasso@windermerechase.com in order to obtain a new 4-digit access code for the front gate directory box. The existing 4-digit code from the prior owners will be deleted within 30 days from the day you move into WC. THANKS. | |||
